David Livingstone Christian Academy

A NEW CAMPUS. GREATER CAPACITY TO SERVE.

FOR THE FUTURE

BUILDING

EDUCATION TODAY.

OPPORTUNITY TOMORROW.

David Livingstone Christian Academy is the only Reformed Christian secondary school in Malawi. Each day, 380 students receive care, education, and biblical instruction, giving them hope for the future and helping prepare them to eventually become self-supporting.

Many students live in dorms on site during the school term. They receive meals at school, attend catechism classes on Saturdays, and worship services are held on Sundays.

After completing secondary school, students have the opportunity to continue into further education or vocational training. This increases their opportunities for employment and helps equip them to build an independent and sustainable future.

WHY A NEW SCHOOL?

David Livingstone Christian Academy currently operates from older buildings with limited space. As Timotheos seeks to provide secondary education for more students graduating from our six Child Care Centres, the need for a larger, purpose-built school continues to grow.

Additionally, government curriculum changes are projected to increase the number of grades included in secondary education.

The new campus will allow DLCA to serve more students in an environment designed for learning, while also becoming a central base for Timotheos’ work in Malawi.
